Q: What surface can we apply it to?
A: You can apply to concrete tile, clay tile, concrete, Bermuda roofs (formed concrete), shingles, and other cement-based roofing materials.
Q: What kind of formula is in the coating?
A: 100% acrylic formula, ensuring strong adhesion across diverse surfaces
Q: How much does 1 gallon cover?
A: It covers an impressive 50 to 150 square feet per gallon.
Q: How many coats do I apply?
A: Two coats. Once Therm-X is thoroughly dried, you can topcoat it with your choice of paint, elastomeric coating, or stucco
Q: Do you need primer?
A: Apply Therm-X to bare or primed roofs or primed walls using a squeegee and/or brush, and then smooth the surface with a brush dampened slightly with water to create a seamless, monolithic finish.
Q: Can I use the coating at any temperature?
A: No. The surface temperature should be 65 degrees or greater. Avoid applying to wet surfaces or when the temperature is below 50°F.
