Cool Top is a long lasting white acrylic roof paint that dramatically cuts heat, effectively increasingthe life of asphalt and modified bitumen roofs. You get great durability and beauty while the bright white (“non-browning”) finish reflects the suns heat, dramatically lowering the temperature of the roof compared to typical aluminum coatings. When your roof stays cooler, the essential oils within the asphalt don’t bake and dry out and that means your roof will last longer! AND, the cooler surface of the roof makes the structure cooler and more comfortable and puts less strain on you’re A/C system, while saving money on air conditioning costs. Cool Top lasts years longer than aluminized asphalt coatings and can be applied with airless spray equipment so you don’t have to carry 5-gallon pails up stairways, ladders and elevators, and without the mess of removing buckets from the roof top. The hitech Cool Top formula, designed specifically for asphaltic surfaces, bonds exceptionally well and resists browning, staying white while standing up to ponding water which is common to most flat roofs. Use Cool Top on Flat or Sloped Asphalt, Asphalt Shingles and Modified Bitumen Roofs whether smooth surfaced or granulated.
